Odyssey FAQs

Do staterooms come with an alarm clock?

No. Morning announcements broadcast over the intercom every morning at 6:30 AM. Guests may request to mute morning announcements in addition to a later wake-up call from hospitality staff.

Does my stateroom come with a mini-fridge?

Yes! All staterooms come equipped with a mini-fridge for passenger use. Mini-fridges in standard staterooms can be found in the cabinets beside the closet. All suites feature an enlarged mini-fridge with extra storage.

Does my stateroom lock?

Yes. All staterooms and suites are locked from the inside for passenger sanctuary. If you require access to a locked room, please see Guest Services.

Are there any connecting rooms on board?

All Balcony Suites and Poseidon Suites feature a connecting room for large parties who wish to share space beyond the capacity of a single room. Be sure to book early to secure connecting rooms!

Is there WiFi on board?

Unfortunately, wireless connection to the internet is not possible on board at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience or this may cause.

Why does the TV in my room not work?

All on board televisions are equipped with a selection of shipwide channels, movies, and ambience for your enjoyment! If your stateroom’s television is not working properly, please relay the complaint to Guest Services.

Why is my phone not working?

Due to technical difficulties, cellular services cannot be offered on board at the present time. We do apologize to all our guests and passengers for any undo frustration this may cause.
